Tary
The uniqueness of dishes and drinks based on the rich in micro and macronutrients, gluten-free product of tary - a phenomenon among steppe grain crops, has been confirmed for centuries. It consists in the taste and smell of fried taro, the taste of childhood, warm mother’s hands, which is special for every Kazakh.
Desserts
The most exquisite and unique author's desserts are served only in our restaurant. Amber grains of caramelized tary and roasted wheat, the freshest airan and soft іrіmshіk, are the basis of the most diverse desserts, the taste of which will be appreciated by discerning gourmets.
Coffee
For the first time in our country Science Specialists have developed the technology of obtaining ingredients for coffee drinks, an exquisite set of which is made up of beans of various fruit and berry plants, with a wide range of natural flavors of the richest flora of Kazakhstan. We have launched a unique tary-flavored coffee drink. In combination with milk and roasted millet tary, the taste of coffee acquires completely new and, at the same time, familiar from childhood, happy colors of life.
Tea
Introduction of health-improving, nutritious tea drinks into the country's food map, which will help revive forgotten ancient recipes and introduce new technological developments into the domestic tea culture - one of the main tasks of our project.
