A unique story of the revival of the ethnic cuisine of the steppe people
- It all started with our desire to try national dishes, in the form in which the steppe nomads prepared them, and to share them with those who also wanted to experience the taste of the national food of the Turkic peoples.
- To satisfy our desires, we began to search for suitable establishments, having visited all corners of our country, but our searches did not bring positive results.
- After 2 years of searching in this direction, we took the courage to cook these dishes ourselves, the work was not easy, but our passion for the revival of national traditional food was unbridled.
- As a result, in 2018, we developed a concept that reveals centuries-old traditions both in cooking, serving dishes, hospitality in general, and in the presentation of unique objects of historical and cultural significance, household items from different regions of Kazakhstan.
